Mike has walked to the Magnetic North Pole, been part of a Channel Relay Swim Team and cycled 4,000kms solo across Australia. He has been a troop photographer in Afghanistan, is a Trustee of the Scientific Exploration Society and a Fellow of both the Royal Geographical Society & the Royal Asiatic Society. He has travelled in 80 countries and been involved in expeditioning for over 20 years.

James is a mountaineer, adventurer and runner. He has amongst others climbed Everest, Island Peak, Lobuche, Lhakpa Ri, Ama Dablam, Mont Blanc, Aconcagua, Denali, and Elbrus. James has led several expeditions to Afghanistan including a 400km run through the Wakhan corridor. He is also the founder of one of the UK's toughest ultra marathons - The 'Ring O' Fire'- and is the co-founder and race director of the Marathon of Afghanistan.

Neil was Chief Leader for The British Exploring Society (Norway, Egypt & Iceland) and has completed The Explorers Grand Slam of Seven Summits and the North and South Poles. He has twelve first ascents in Greenland, the first walking winter traverse of South Georgia & the ascent of the highest peak in the Arctic Circle. He has taken part in five expeditions to Mount Everest, and three WW2 Commando raid expeditions including a winter traverse of the Hardangvidda Plateau. He has taken part in more than 30 adventurous expeditions across the globe's seven continents.
Evgeny Mashkovskiy

Evgeny is a doctor with specializations in both sports medicine and extreme medicine. He is a PhD and holds a UK/UIAA Diploma in Mountain Medicine. He works with both the Russian ice climbing team and the Russian Paralympic Teams. Evgeny has trekking and mountaineering experience gained in the Alps and in Nepal. He speaks Russian, English, German, Polish and French.
Victor Gladyrev
Victor Gladyrev
Russia

Victor is a mountaineer, kayaker and sailor. He has extensive experience rock and ice climbing in the Caucasus, Pamir and Alps. He has also been part of several white water expeditions in the Caucasus and Kola Peninsula. He has sailed across the Baltic Sea and run several extreme races as well as cycling, skiing and hiking in countries including Alaska and Greenland and Norway.
